MR. ADEOYE, SEGUN TOKUNBO – Deputy Director, Planning Department

Mr. Adeoye was born on January 12th, 1965. He attended Baptist Primary School Ijagbo and had his secondary school education in Government Secondary School Ipee in 1982. He proceeded to Amadu Bello University in 1989 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics.

He started his Public Service career in 2001 from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and was later deployed to the Governor’s Office; Protocol Department in 2005.

In 2006, he was redeployed to the Motor Vehicle Administration Agency (MVAA), Ejigbo as Head of Riders card where he had a series of training in the United Kingdom. He was later deployed internally to Head the Riders Card Station, VIO yard Anthony in 2012.

Furthermore, he had a one year stint at the Office of State Auditor General in 2013 and was later transferred to the Ministry Of Health; School of Nursing Igando, to serve in the capacity of head of Administration in 2014.

In 2015, He was deployed to the Office of the Chief of Staff as Chief Administration Officer. He moved up the ladder to the position of Assistant Director where he assisted the Director, Planning. 

Mr. Adeoye S.T was later promoted as Deputy Director and presently serves as the Director of Planning Department.

Mr. Adeoye enjoys football and loves traveling. He is happily married with two Children.
